We are looking for a Project intern who fits into our community, seeking new challenges and experiences in the domain of emerging technologies with great passion to learn in a fast growing company

Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities:

  1. Assist senior project managers in overseeing schedules and milestone management.

  2. Obtain weekly project status from all team members.

  3. Learn and use project management software.

  4. Implement and improve the project management mechanisms.

  5. Prepare and assist in project documentation.

  6. Document resource needs and availability.

  7. Organise and schedule team meetings.

  8. Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines.

  9. Keep track of the project costs.

  10. Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders.

  11. Monitor project progress and help in adjustments.

  12. Measure the project performance to suggest areas of improvement.

  13. May require extra commitment depending on project requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Project Management/Computer Engineering or relevant qualifications
