Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our in-house Contracts and Legal team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced corporate legal setting. The successful candidate will support a range of activities, including analysing and organizing legal documents, as well as assisting with the review of contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs and other legal documents. You will also contribute to the review of legal and compliance policies and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the review of legal documents, including agreements, NDAs and commercial deviation lists, in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Support the drafting and proofreading of legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in the refinement of legal document templates and policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate filing systems for all legal documents.
  • Assist with legal research, gathering information on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Undertaking such other tasks/projects as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Open to candidates pursuing a degree or diploma in law.
  • Meticulous, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and a keen interest in leveraging AI will be useful.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
