Voncierge, developed by Hipster, is our flagship AI-powered video concierge platform that modernizes customer support. It enables multilingual, omnichannel service across industries—ranging from airports and hospitals to government and retail—by combining video telephony, smart automation, and cloud technologies to deliver human-centered, 24/7 support.
We are seeking a hands-on, driven Tech Intern to join our team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building real-world AI and cloud solutions, working with hardware integrations, and supporting international development teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Customise and deploy open-source AI models on Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and serverless platforms
- Build and maintain frontend modules using React, Next.js, and JavaScript libraries
- Must know basics of python and you will be working with other languages and frameworks that involve PHP, ruby and node JS.
- Support and troubleshoot microservices architecture on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Integrate with hardware devices using SDKs (you’ll be hands-on!)
- Collaborate daily with our India-based remote team to debug and support software and hardware issues
- Visit onsite locations in Singapore to ensure smooth system operations
- Assist in preparing and delivering tech presentations to stakeholders and clients
What We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in any discipline — preferably Computer Science, Engineering, or related — or self-taught with strong evidence of tech passion
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, frontend development, and AI concepts
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and managing ambiguity
- Proactive, independent, and always looking to learn and improve
- Bonus: Experience or interest in hardware SDKs, API integration, or serverless functions
- Able to commit to a minimum 5-month internship
- Strong communicator — geeky is fine, but you must articulate your ideas well
