JOB DESCRIPTIONS
It’s a full-time job that needs 40 hours in the office per week and at least 5-6 months of commitment.
Support sales team to general leads through research and cold emails (cold calling where necessary)
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web) as well as monitoring social media campaign and social postings
Rebranding of the entire website and writing content that displays the company’s vision and purpose
Creating content for the company’s blog and social media pages
Proposing photo angles for social media in accordance with the company’s style guide
Attending video shoots to take behind-the-scenes photos and/or videos
Editing of photos and/or videos for posting on social media
Designing of Marketing collateral
Developing and researching marketing articles
Other marketing opportunities and partnership lookouts
Assisting in writing content for blog posts
Any other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Creating and editing content for current customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of different marketing techniques that could be implemented for a boutique software design company like Hipster Pte Ltd.
Send out introductory cold emails to prospective clients to enquire on IT support we can offer.
Excellent in Storytelling in business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Google docs and Google spreadsheets.
Familiarity with Selling computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
Basic Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is preferred.
Current enrollment in a related diploma or bachelor degree in a recognized university, preferably in Information Systems / Computer Science related majors
Comfortable selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives.
Able to solve problems and manage ambiguity by use of common sense and basic business acumen.
Ability to work in an independent, fast-paced, startup environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
