We are looking for a female Personal Assistant to our artiste for a local Chinese drama production. If you are looking for a future career as a Director or Assistant Producer, this is a great learning opportunity for you to understand what it is like to produce a local TV drama! You will be working with one of our artiste on set and will have to stay in touch with the management to provide timely updates regarding the progress of the filming. 

Responsibility includes: 

• Liaising with the Assistant Producer(AP) on filming schedule, time and location 
• Timely update to the artiste in the case of any unexpected changes to the schedule, time and location 
• Taking note of artiste's wardrobe and outfits for use in the drama 
• Other errands on site

• You are able to relay messages quickly and accurately
• You are responsible, detail-oriented and can think ahead
• Have strong verbal and written communication skill (English and Mandarin)
• Have great interest in media/film production industry
• Don't mind working late nights, early mornings and weekends
• Importantly you must be able to commit and understand the importance of keeping artiste's personal and professional information confidential

Requirement: 

• Candidates who are experienced in drama production OR currently pursuing a MassComm/Film & Media studies would have an added advantage 
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin 
• Able to take clear videos and good photography skills will be useful 
• Singaporean and PR only
