Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various HR administrative tasks and support our Human Resources Operations activities for Singapore site, ASEANNA countries and Japan. 

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support in HRIS (Peoplesoft) data audit, data analysis and data management.

• Maintain and audit employee P-file system to ensure documents and records are in place.

• Support in Talent sourcing process e.g. Jobsbank, LinkedIn

• Support in HR shared drive folder clean up

• Review and assist in updating the HR policies and procedures.

• Assist and participate in government workforce information related surveys

• Participate in organizing HR events and activities.

• Prepare HR-related reports as needed

• Undertaking HR projects as needed.

Requirement

  • Undergraduate pursing Diploma in human resource management, psychology or any other related field
  • Meticulous, organized and detailed oriented
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail correspondence
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Able to commit minimum three to fours (3 / 4 ) months.
