High Achievers is an education company specializing in the design, development and delivery of outdoor adventure programmes. We have been in conducting outdoor training programmes for the last 15 years.

We are now pivoting on the interest in cycling as a new outdoor activity. We have selected the Brompton bicycle as the platform for developing interesting curated cycling rides. Sports Cycling Internship (Brompton Experience)

Opportunity: 

• To be exposed to practical aspects of being a cycling facilitator and project lead for our range of Brompton Experience Cycling Programmes conducted from our head office at Toa Payoh and around Singapore.
• Exposure to the development and execution of fun and exciting learning journeys at various locations where High Achievers operates.
• Internship commitment of 4 – 6 months duration
• To assist lead trainers in the planning and conduct of programs and in turn learn develop effective project management and coaching skills on the job.
• To engage adults whilst conducting bike maintenance workshops and consultation
• Manage bookings and logistics required to manage events and programs
• Learn how to develop social media campaigns that engage with the right audience and to develop interesting videos for broadcast
• Develop, engage and manage our freelance pool of facilitators

Requirements: 

• Passion in the area of work related to outdoor training and cycling as a sport.
• Possess a friendly, energetic and sociable personality and wants to meet new people
• Enjoys continuous learning and picking up a new skill
• The ability to conduct programmes in Mandarin is an advantage
• ITE , Poly or individuals in a gap year are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in managing cycling events is an advantage
