HeyGen – AI Video Quality Evaluation Intern (Singapore-Based)

As our products continue to evolve, maintaining high video quality is just as important as developing new features. We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to help evaluate AI-generated videos, verify product quality, and support product launches through systematic testing and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate the quality of AI-generated videos across different product features and model versions.
• Test new product features and online experiments before and after release.
• Verify that experiment configurations and product workflows behave as expected.
• Review user-generated videos to identify visual or functional quality issues.
• Document findings clearly and communicate issues with product and engineering teams.
• Help improve internal evaluation standards and testing workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and patience.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Curious about AI products and willing to investigate unexpected behaviors.
• Able to follow evaluation guidelines consistently.
• Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Singapore (preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience testing software or digital products.
• Interest in AI, computer vision, video generation, or creative tools.
• Familiarity with structured documentation or bug reporting.
