Looking For A Logistics or Business-informatics Intern In Its Singapore Office. [Duration: 3 Months]
Task:
Hettich sells furniture fittings to regional importers, dealers and furniture manufacturers. The process starts with a customer request (sales pitch) and ends with the delivery or payment of delivered goods. In order to improve our processes in the critical success factors time, quality and cost, we are looking for an intern who is drafting the end-to-end sales process into an “event-driven process chain”. Subsequently, improvements in risk and efficiency shall be highlighted, and implementation (if time permits) driven by the intern.
Key stakeholders are: Regional Head of Sales (Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore), Logistics Manager (Singapore, Indonesia), Commercial Director (Singapore) as well as Inhouse Sales colleagues and Head of Accounting.
