Conduct outbound outreach to cold/warm leads
Schedule and manage client consultations
Advise prospects on immigration eligibility and PR strategy
Work towards monthly revenue and conversion goals
Collaborate with consultants on documentation and submission workflow
Maintain CRM entries and assist with admin when necessary
