We are currently looking for a committed Social Media Intern to drive our Asia-Pacific team forward. This is a highly strategic role that will give ambitious candidates the chance to directly impact the success of the company. The role will be based in Singapore.
As our Social Media Intern, you tackle the challenges of scaling up our business and strategically planning its expansion. You gain an inside perspective on internet ventures and build up deep functional expertise. You will be placed in a team of very motivated and talented A-players who are driving our business forward. The role is a unique opportunity to learn, experience and join a first-class team.
At Helpling, no two days are the same. The following tasks will be part of your new role:
- You will help drive Helpling’s tone of voice across all digital channels and ensure that we sound and feel distinctly different.
- You analyse and optimise our social media accounts and support our performance marketing team by creating authentic content.
- You test new online and offline channels such as influencers, micro blogs/forums, and community activation events.
- You work on scaling up the Helpling business in Singapore, Australia and across Southeast Asia

- A savvy social media user
- Excellent communication skills - writing copy and working with other teams.
- Well-versed with the Adobe Creative Suite
