About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Communications and Marketing Intern to join our growing CRM team. If you are an ambitious individual who is looking to build a career in social media and content marketing, we want you! As a Communications and Marketing Intern, you will be supporting the CRM team based in our Berlin HQ and our Singapore growth team in our strategic initiatives to scale business verticals. This role will also give you the opportunity to work cross-functionally and learn about stakeholder management.

In addition to being an effective communicator and having a knack for creativity, the successful candidate should have knowledge of the current market trends, marketing techniques and social media platforms. Your role as a Communications and Marketing Intern:

  • Chart out the customer journey for all services on the Helpling platform
  • Produce and optimise content for social media and other communication channels, including but not limited to email pushes
  • Support tasks related to customer segmentation
  • Other relevant ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Applied understanding of marketing concepts
  • Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Photography, image and editing, and graphic design skills
