As a Business Strategy & Operations Intern, you will tackle the strategic and operational challenges of setting up and scaling new verticals of the business while building up deep functional expertise.You will also gain insightful knowledge about the industry and deeper understanding of managing a tech-based company. The startup operates within the highly competitive on-demand home services sector.
Responsibilities
1) Observe service trials of ready-to-launch verticals, identify bottlenecks and make improvements
2) Optimise customer experience and satisfaction
3) Support day-to-day operations for all verticals
4) Serve as a consultant to the Management team on critical issues
5) Communicate with different stakeholders and manage interpersonal relationships
