Hellowork is a manpower, event and services company. We provide one-stop service solutions ranging from helping our clients to source for suitable candidates, payroll management, etc. 

We are looking for committed and passionate freelance translators to join the team!

Scope: 

• Translate and summarise news articles and headlines into English written summary in a specific format.

Requirements: 

• Prior experience in freelance translation work
• Attention to detail and some basic understanding of technical keyword terms and interpretation (briefing will be provided)
• Good command of vernacular Chinese/ Malay/ English required to perform the translation.
• Able to work at allocated slot timing based on newspaper publish timings
• Able to commit long-term will be preferred

The assignment is usually 2 to 3 hours per assigned slot in the morning, starting 6:30am onwards. Freelancers can work from home using their own laptop devices.
