Job Opportunity: Freelance Translators Wanted!

We are seeking dedicated and passionate freelance translators to join our team.

Scope of Work:

• Translate and summarise articles and headlines into concise English summaries, following a specific format.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in freelance translation work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of technical terms (briefing will be provided).
• Proficient in vernacular Chinese/ Malay/ English to perform accurate translations.
• Ability to work within allocated time slots based on newspaper publication timings.
• Long-term commitment preferred.

Additional Details:

• The assignment typically requires 2 to 3 hours per shift, starting at 6:30am on weekdays.
• Freelancers can work from home using their own laptops.
