Job Opportunity: Freelance Translators Wanted!
We are seeking dedicated and passionate freelance translators to join our team.
Scope of Work:
Translate and summarize articles and headlines into concise English summaries, following a specific format.
Requirements:
Prior experience in freelance translation work preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of technical terms (briefing will be provided).
Proficient in vernacular Chinese/Malay/English to perform accurate translations.
Ability to work within allocated time slots based on newspaper publication timings.
Long-term commitment preferred.
Additional Details:
The assignment typically requires 2 to 3 hours per shift, starting at 6:30 AM on weekdays.
Freelancers can work from home using their own laptops.
