Role Overview:

• Translate and summarize articles and headlines into concise English summaries, following a specific format.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in freelance translation.
• Strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of technical terminology (training and briefing will be provided).
• Proficiency in Chinese/Malay/English to ensure accurate translation.
• Ability to work within allocated time slots based on newspaper publication schedules.
• Long-term commitment is preferred.

Additional Information:

• The assignment typically requires 2 to 3 hours (starting at 6:30am) per assigned slot.
• Freelancers can work remotely using their own laptops.
