The Opportunity

We require an enthusiastic and self-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Actively engaging with potential clients, building rapport and understanding their problems.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and projection plans to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership team to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
- Continuously learn about our products/services and the industry to effectively articulate value propositions.
- Seek and embrace guidance from mentors and senior team members to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Proactively identify challenges and reach out for support and solutions when required.
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the sales processes and client engagements.

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing and Public Relations or related field is ideal. We welcome all tertiary education graduates.
- No experience in Network Engineering or IT-related fields is required.
- No fear of client-facing roles. Confident in presenting to senior decision makers.
- Right attitude with a strong will to win in disadvantaged scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools) is a plus.
