Education Intern for English and Public Speaking Programme - Teaching and Courseware Development (Posting to Chongqing China)
SCOPE :
- Implement the programme for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the center
- Design engaging educational activities and materials based on the topic at hand with our senior teachers / trainers
- Working with illustrators to bring ideas and worksheets to life
- Design weekly lessons and worksheets for ongoing classes creatively, and through increasing difficulty levels, based on our framework
- Be an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset.
- Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of age-appropriate teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
- Bubbly, animated, engaging, creative and loving energy with a positive disposition.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Highest education level of diploma or degree (O level students waiting to enter Polytechnics and Fresh graduates with the passion for education are also welcome, training will be provided)
- Posses good spoken English and Mandarin
- Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or 2 years’ experience as an Enrichment teacher in Gym movement, Music and Performing Arts
- Preferably with 1 year of experience working with young children aged 18 months to 6 years in theatre/speech & drama, music and movement programmers
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
