Healthstats International Pte Ltd – Clinical Application Specialist

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with all the medical devices developed by the company to perform appropriate clinical in-servicing for patient monitors to meet clinical needs.
• Manage and organize clinical trial for purpose of data collection using the company’s devices.
• Provide clinical data analysis and reports for patients.
• Maintain confidential clinical data recording and updating of patients’ information database.
• Coordinate with customers (doctors, nurses, patients) to facilitate use of medical devices.
• Provide documentation of the clinical support process.
• Coordinate and provide product and clinical education to potential clinical users during demonstrations, clinical evaluations.
• Provide clinical support, educational resources that include training materials, troubleshoots, observe and communicate to end users to ensure proper use of medical devices and applications.
• Work with Sales Team to establish service and sales concerning product training in addressing clinical features, benefits and enquiries from hospital personnel and corporate partners.
• Participate in local/national trade shows and data collection for clinical trials where required.

Experience required:

• 2 years relevant experiences in clinical or related industry; practice in clinical application, sales and/or customer support preferred.

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Science or healthcare-related field
• Proficient in Microsoft application such as MS word, Excel, Power-point
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proactive, responsible, positive work attitude and able to work independently
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
