Job Description

HR and Admin Intern

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Updating and maintaining HR systems and employee data records.
  • Provide receptionist assistance when required.
  • Assisting in office administrative duties
  • P-File management
  • Assist in interview shortlisting
  • Interview scheduling
  • Researcher

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic/ University graduate or undergraduate
  • Good oral and written skills 
  • Have a good attitude towards learning
  • Attention to detail
  • A team player, motivated and proactive
  • Able to commit to full 3 months internship (Immediate)
