Job Description

The HR intern can expect to learn the various functions in a HR department and will be given opportunities for hands on experience which will be valuable to them in the future when they enter the workforce upon graduation. They will be responsible in delivering assistance and administrative support to the HR team in various projects in all HR related functions including but not exclusive to the following.

  • Generating of recruitment and retention report, screening of resumes and scheduling of interview
  • Assisting to track and consolidate overall training and development records and facilitate with any areas of concern
  • Consolidation of performance management assessment results and generating of report
  • Assist with staff engagement activities and ensuring staff welfare is met, optimizing employee engagement to increase productivity
  • Assist with the preparation of materials for new and resigned staff as per required in the company
  • Provide other back end and ad-hoc administrative support as per required

Job requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource or related fields
  • Has excellent people skills and is able to communicate well with people from diverse background
  • Meticulous and detailed, proactive in problem solving and decision making
  • Fast learner and a team player
  • Well versed in written and oral communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
