• Collaborate with marketplaces/platforms on marketing campaigns
• Responsible for product listings and pricing
• Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of online orders
• Weekly/Monthly tracking, measuring and reporting of performance of all digital marketing campaigns to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
• Handle live chats in a timely and professional manner
• Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales

Requirement :

• Basic Photoshop skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Independent and Self-Driven with problem solving skills
• Pleasant and cheerful personality
• Ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs
• Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
