Job Description
- Collaborate with marketplaces/platforms on marketing campaigns
- Responsible for product listings and pricing
- Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of online orders
- Weekly/Monthly tracking, measuring and reporting of performance of all digital marketing campaigns to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
- Handle live chats in a timely and professional manner
- Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales
Requirement :
- Basic Photoshop skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Independent and Self-Driven with problem solving skills
- Pleasant and cheerful personality
- Ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs
- Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 5.5 working days
