Hapz is a online marketplace, curating the top 100 live experiences in Singapore ranging from concerts, festivals, performances, sports and attractions. Our brand tagline, "Experience More" encompasses what we do - to encourage the patronage of live events through discovery and reward.
Over the past year, some of the partner events we have worked with are The Simple Plan (Concerts), Ultra and ZoukOut (Festivals), The Addams Family Musical (Performances), The Color Run Night (Sports) and Universal Studios Singapore (Attractions).
Being a small start up, there's a flat hierarchy structure at Hapz that enables you the opportunity to learn from various department heads. You will be working directly under the Head of Merchant Success to overlook and manage Hapz Activities during your internship.
Hapz Activities is a new vertical to Hapz that encourages users to participate in underrated interesting going-ons here in Singapore such as farm tours, fishing, handicraft etc. You are encouraged participate in these activities as well to understand and communicate the selling points of the activities to the rest of the team.
● Monitors latest activities in the market
● Research on development of existing market competitiveness
● Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities with activity merchants
● Set up meetings with activity merchants to discuss potential collaborations and negotiate commissions
● Manage relationships between activity merchants and the company
● Onboarding new activities to the platform on time and in accordance to the agreed guidelines
● Ensuring all agreed items by the company and the partners are delivered in a timely manner
● Guidance will be provided but applicants should be proactive in their learning
