Founded in 2014, Happy Hearts Learning Centre is an established student care service provider in the North Region curated by a team of dedicated educators. We provide quality and affordable after-school care services to children ages 7 to 12. We pay close attention to the academic performance and character development of every child we groom. It is a place where passionate teachers bond together as a team to nurture and develop our young ones.

Working hours are weekdays from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. Once accepted for the program, the main responsibility will be implementing and supervising all aspects of daily learning and development activities for children enrolled in the student care centre.
Additionally, qualified candidates will be expected to:
• Innovate new teaching methods to help students excel in their studies
• Develop critical thinking skills to assist in writing the curriculum for students
• Create a fun and comfortable learning environment for students
• Prepare and execute creative lesson plans that make learning fun
• Utilise the most appropriate teaching and learning tools based on each student
• Supervise students' homework, spelling, and other activities per school curriculum
• Encourage students' participation in classroom activities
• Organise school holiday activities and programs
• Practice soft skills to create a bond with the student and effective communication
• Be a role model and inspiration for the student
• Counselling and addressing student behaviour as needed
• Opportunity to experience teaching a class of your own if found suitable
