Our Company is dealing FnB Retails, Currently we have 20 outlets in Singapore. Headcount around 60-80.
To handle recruitment administration, including sourcing of candidates via job online, advertisements, etc
Manage orientation of new hires
Provide day to day HR support and administration
To manage staff resignation/end of contract and exit clearance matters
In-charge of staff related documentation
Coordinate and arrange of signing LOA
Timely submission of foreign worker levy and CPF contribution
Filing of IR21 for foreign employees and yearly income tax
Generate monthly payroll reports and handle payroll related enquiries
Process payroll (monthly and adhoc) for operation employees using Info Tech in a timely and accurate basis for approximately 100 local headcounts
Submission of government-paid claims such as training grants, NS claims, maternity leave, childcare leave and other government related claims
Responsible for all administrative duties in the department (Eg: Work pass applications, government paid leave application, etc)
Main liaison between government bodies/ portal and manpower related sources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
Requirement
Familiar with Employment Act and HR related policies
Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Candidates with prior experience in F&B or Retail industry are highly preferred
