HAO mart – Marketing Assistant

HAO Corp is the parent company of four retail formats consisting of HAO mart, HAO Halal Hub, HAO megamart, and Eccellente by HAO mart. Having more than 40 outlets of different formats has allowed HAO Corp to better serve our customer’s needs, allowing us to provide the best shopping experience.

Looking for a Marketing Assistant to help support the marketing and creative team in HAO. Motivated, and willing to learn. Fresh graduates may apply.

Tasks

• Provide admin, coordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team.
• Responsible for database management and customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Assist in simple artwork adaptation that includes packaging, web banner and POSM
• Assist to compile monthly digital / marketing reports.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
• Contributing to planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Able to assist with marketing related events outside of work hours (rarely, but possible)

Skills required

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of web publishing platforms (ie: WordPress) is a plus.
• Copywriting / good written skills.
• Detail oriented, fast learner, and efficient
• Preferably 1-2 years working assistant. Fresh Graduates may apply.
