The Water Studio by Hansgrohe is Hansgrohe's design and training centre for business partners - and also the first showroom for the AXOR and hansgrohe brands to showcase our bathroom and kitchen products in Southeast Asia. Today, we also have representative offices beyond Singapore in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Internship Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Intern to support our Singapore marketing team in driving O2O (online-to-offline) campaigns and event activations. This role focuses on translating digital campaigns into footfall, engagement, and conversion at showroom and dealer level, with strong involvement in retail events, product launches, and consumer activations.
Key Responsibilities
1. O2O Campaign Execution (Singapore Market)
- Support execution of Singapore-specific O2O campaigns across:
- Paid media (META, online ads)
- Website landing pages
- Retail/showroom activations
- Ensure alignment between digital campaigns and in-store promotions
- Assist in tracking basic performance metrics (traffic, leads, showroom visits)
2. Event & Showroom Activation
- Support planning and execution of:
- Showroom events (e.g., Water Studio activations)
- Retail campaigns (e.g., Reno campaigns, Brand Day)
- Media and influencer sessions
- Assist with event logistics:
- Guest RSVP and coordination
- Setup of event space and product displays
- Coordination with vendors (printing, fabrication, styling)
- Be on-site during events to support smooth operations
3. Dealer & Retail Support
- Support rollout of campaigns across Singapore dealer network
- Assist in preparation and distribution of:
- POS materials (posters, flyers, displays)
- Campaign toolkits
- Ensure brand consistency across showrooms and dealer touchpoints
4. Content & Campaign Assets
- Assist in coordinating development of:
- Social media content
- Campaign visuals
- Event collaterals
- Liaise with internal team and external vendors on asset updates and approvals
5. Reporting & Post-Event Follow-up
- Consolidate post-event results:
- Attendance
- Engagement
- Leads / quotations generated
- Support creation of post-event reports and recap decks
- Assist in documentation of best practices for future campaigns

Requirements
- Undergraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Strong interest in events, retail marketing, and brand activations
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work on-site during events (including occasional weekends)
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (Canva is a preferred as well, but not mandatory)
Preferred Profile
- Interest in interiors, lifestyle, or design brands
- Comfortable interacting with customers / guests during events
