Hankyu Hanshin Express – Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Officer / Logistic Coordinator

The Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group conducts business in the seven core segments of Urban Transportation, Real Estate, Entertainment, Information and Communication Technology, Travel, International Transportation, and Hotels.

Full-Time Warehouse Assistant:

• Full-Timers: $1600 - $1800 per month *With OT Pay*

Full-Time Warehouse Assistant Requirements:

• At least secondary education and above
• 1 or 2 years related working experiences in warehouse/3PL/freight forwarding sector
• Highly physical job 
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, WMS and Microsoft Outlook
• Willing to work overtime if needed

Full-Time Warehouse

• To perform day to day warehouse activities such as receiving, tally check, inspection, and put into the location of incoming cargo. 
• Assist on the loading and unloading of cargoes
• Responsible for pick and pack of cargoes based on customers’ requirements.
• Involvement of inventory counts
• Maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Willing to provide support and assistance to any ad-hoc work task assigned by superior.

Full-Time Warehouse Working Hours:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm / Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm
• On the temporary: Split work team arrangement (12 working hours on every 2 days and off for the following next 2 days)
• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 8:30pm
• Saturday 8:30am to 2:30pm

Full-Time Logistics Officer / Logistic Coordinator:

• Full-Timers: $2200 - $2400 per month *With OT Pay*

Full-Time Logistics Officer / Logistic Coordinator Working Hours:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm / Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm

Full-Time Logistics Officer / Logistic Coordinator

• To assist the Warehouse Supervisor/officer on the daily operation at the logistics center such as:
• Support day to day logistics operational tasks such as inward/outward shipments
• Responsible and keeping track of customers’ orders to ensure smooth delivery
• To liaise and coordinate with customers, warehouse staff and forwarders on shipments
• Perform pick and pack inventory items to meet customers order fulfillment
• To follow up and communicate with customers on the shipments and deliveries status to ensure that all
• Monitor and prepare on inventory report/cycle count and follow up on stock discrepancies
• Communicate and perform warehouse coordination with internal and external warehouse operation team
• To execute and perform other’s work task assigned by the superior
• Able to perform overtime

Full-Time Logistics Officer / Logistic Coordinator Requirements:

• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience in a warehouse/3PL/freight forwarding sector
• Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Operations Management/Supply Chain/Business or related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in the English language
• IT savvy with good knowledge of MS Office/Excel/Words and WMS especially on inventory coordination
• Customer service oriented with a pleasant and polite disposition
• Individual with well-driven goals and able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding and knowledge of warehousing 
• Ability to work as a team player and able to work well with people across all levels
• Positive attitude, organized and problem-solving skill
