Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking someone to generate B2B leads and sell our software to businesses proactively and efficiently. Connect with potential clients via phone/visits. Identify and develop businesses to use our software in Singapore. Educate business owners on mobile marketing is the current trend.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
  • Recognize the needs of the merchants and provide detailed information to the merchants about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
  • Must have a laptop to conduct sales pitches, software demos, and presentations.
  • Present our software features and benefits before a sale.
  • Advise on appropriate user training on the software.
  • Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
  • Assist and train them on the software usage and strategize their marketing campaign.
  • Able to operate independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be a motivated driven individual with the desire to exceed targets to maximize earning potential

Qualifications and Skills

  • Successful sales experience in B2B or similar environment
  • Personal experience of sales in a business-to-business environment would be great.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a track record of delivering sales targets
  • A strong negotiator who strives for long-term relationships with a win-win approach
  • Customer focused with a strong commercial outlook
  • Energetic and motivational with the ability to create engaging communications
  • Confident and open communicator at all levels within an organization
  • Organised and disciplined particularly in reference to following up on commitments for clients
  • Able to work independently and also a team player.
