We're an established Korean martial arts network in Bukit Timah and part of an international network which spans over fifty schools in eight countries. We are known worldwide for its systematic and intuitive method of instruction and the highest level of professionalism. Beyond managing our schools which are located in Bukit Timah, Toh Tuck, Sembawang, and Woodlands, the company also organises international club championships and other martial arts events.
We are looking for individuals with positive and outgoing personality willing to take up one of our coaching positions. You will be working in a dynamic team providing quality coaching to students of all ages.
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide quality coaching to students of all ages (from 3+ to adults)
- Create a conducive learning environment that is age and skill appropriate
- Conduct lessons according to the school's curriculum and guidelines
- Effectively explain school policies and services to prospective / current students
- Maintain the cleanliness of school
- Perform day-to-day operational and administrative duties to achieve the above
Requirements:
- Must be a certified Taekwondo Black Belt, preferably from the Singapore Taekwondo Federation
- Relevant degrees/diplomas, coaching certifications and relevant experience will be an added advantage with higher renumeration
- Must be willing to work on weekday evenings AND weekends (BOTH Saturdays and Sundays)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Highly responsible, organized and able to multi-task and work independently
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
