Job Description – Marketing Manager (Hairsauce)

Hairsauce isn’t just another men’s grooming brand—we’re here to shake things up. We believe style should be effortless, and we’re building a brand that makes guys look sharp without the fuss. Now we need a Marketing Manager who’s ready to bring bold ideas, killer campaigns, and unstoppable energy to help us scale globally.

What you’ll do:

  • Dream up and launch bold campaigns that get people talking (and buying).
  • Own our digital presence—social media, content, paid ads, influencer collabs—you’ll be the voice and vibe of Hairsauce online.
  • Create scroll-stopping content and keep our community engaged across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
  • Drive promotions and outreach that turn hype into sales.
  • Experiment, test, and learn—fast. If it works, scale it. If it doesn’t, pivot and go again.
  • Track results, learn from the data, and keep pushing for bigger wins.

What we’re looking for:

  • A digital-first marketer who lives and breathes social media.
  • Someone with ideas that are a little wild—but smart enough to work.
  • Hands-on, scrappy, and hungry to grow a brand from the ground up.
  • Comfortable running campaigns end-to-end—from brainstorming to execution to reporting.
  • A mix of creative flair and data-driven hustle.
