Role Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Intern will be at the very heart of the operations of our Company. It will also give you exposure to support two different regions – Singapore and India in which HackerTrail has its presence.
HR Related:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and initiatives aligned with the overall Company’s vision
 - Establish and maintain department records, company organization charts and employee directory
 - Manage employee onboarding and exits as per Company policies
 - Manage the recruitment and selection process by finding talent and scheduling their interviews with relevant stakeholders
 - Improve employee engagement experience by helping organize activities.
 - Support in leave maintenance and expense claim matters
 - Nurture a positive working environment
 
Miscellaneous (Training will be provided):
- Source for tech related content for enhancing our product suite within a committed time frame
 - Upload the question banks into our portal with accurate data
 - Minor element of operations will be involved in this role, as and when required as part of being a support function.
 - Exposure to running seamless online events
