Digital Marketing Intern (Full-time / Part-time)
About this Role:
This is a critical hands-on role and will work closely with most functions within the company. If you enjoy working in a lean and strong team to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention using various forms of offline and online channels, then you could well be the person that HackerTrail is looking for!
Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. You will be expected to:
- Learn the business: Develop a deep understanding of HackerTrail’s business, customer segments, community, and revenue channels we cater to. Learn about how search, CRM, social and content work towards helping us build a better business.
- Product Marketing: Ideate and execute go-to-market strategies for the latest products developed by our team. CRM: Learn about our client and candidate segments and helps us develop a strategy on level of engagement for each segment of users.
- Events Management: Co-create exciting events to connect the candidate and the customers in offline and online setup.
- Design: Co-develop memorable visuals, convincing presentations and educational materials.
- Content: You will be involved in helping us create short content pieces for our candidates and clients with graphics and video elements.
- Tools: You’ll learn the ropes on GA, Mailchimp / Mandrill, Canva, Photoshop and SEMRush.

- Hands-on experience with we analytics and A/B testing tools
- Ability to collaborate with a freelancer network
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
