Customer Service Officer (Marymount MRT)
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and personalized advice to customers
- Attending to walk-in customers and phone enquiries on the products of the company
- Follow-up closely with customers to provide excellent pre and after-sales service
- Build and support network of resellers and distributors locally and overseas
- Support all marketing and customer-related programs
Requirements:
- Customer service oriented with a “hunter” attitude
- Strong in interpersonal and communication skills
- Call center experience will have an advantage
- Willingness to work on Saturdays (10am-3pm)
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is necessary to serve our existing Chinese speaking customers
