Job Description

• Create social media content (videos, reels, carousels, stories) to build a strong personal brand.
• Develop educational and lifestyle-driven content around financial well-being, success, and career growth.
• Stay ahead of social media trends to engage a young, ambitious audience.
• Work closely with managers to develop content.
• Gain hands-on experience in marketing psychology, negotiation skills, and financial advisory fundamentals.
• Analyze content performance to optimize reach and engagement.
• ⁠On-site field work to gain practical knowledge and skillsets

Requirements

• Diploma/A Levels.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and sales/negotiation skills.
• ⁠Comfortable meeting people regularly and handling deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of content editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
