Job Description

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our team and embark on a comprehensive journey through the realms of Human Resources and Company / Management Operations. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of our organization's inner workings and grow into a future leader.

As a Management Trainee in HR and Company / Management Operations, you will be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities and learning opportunities that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field. You will work closely with various departments, managers, and executives to understand and contribute to the following areas:

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  2. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  3. Support the HR team in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  4. Assist in maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives related to talent development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

Company / Management Operations

  1. Gain exposure to various departments within the company to understand their functions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  2. Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making at the management level.
  3. Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Learn about budgeting and financial management by assisting in budget preparation and monitoring.
  5. Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and streamline processes across the organization.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
  5. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail;
  6. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  8. Passion for people management and a desire to pursue a career in people management and operational leadership.
