Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and create activities and events that cultivate strong customer loyalty
- Create activations and promotions that generate desire and interest in the companies
- Incur customer loyalty with exceptional customer service and support
- Manage company website and communication strategy
- Manage and support online and offline communications to clients
- Support and strength community channels for stronger relationships
- Evaluate and monitor customer interests and preferences for optimised marketing
- Inventory Management & Support
Requirements:
- Undergraduate
- Loves working out
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
- Patient and understanding and fun-loving
- Independent and communicates well
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Some experience in events
- Ideally 4 months and above tenure
