Carpe Diem BJJ Singapore – Receptionist & Gym Operations

We are Carpe Diem. We teach Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, to adults and kids, at three studios in Singapore. Our mission is to encourage people to train martial arts, instilling future-ready resilience in them.

We're a team of makers, thinkers and explorers. We approach Jiu-jitsu with curiosity and experimentation, using what we learn to help our members develop confidence, resilience and discipline.

We are currently ranked the #1 Jiu-Jitsu team in Asia, and our instructors are part of the Singapore National Teams in Jiu-jitsu, Judo and Wrestling. 

We are looking for part-time Gym Operation Executives to join the Carpe Diem team at our studio at Outram and/or Katong.

Job responsibilities include:

• Receptionist duties
• Tend to onsite sales and membership enquiries
• Facility set up and maintenance
• Cleaning and Housekeeping

We need you to be:

• Organised
• Detail oriented
• A problem solver
• Handle pressure with grace
• Able to extend elegant but approachable hospitality
• Able work a minimum of 2 days (weekdays), and able to commit to at least 6 months
• Available to start in immediately
