Job DescriptionContent Creation & Video

• Edit short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
• Assist in video production and filming for social media content
• Support creative ideation, storyboarding, and content planning
• Helpexecute a content calendar, targeting 3 videos per week consistently

Social Media Management

• Schedule and post content across social media platforms
• Monitor basic performance metrics (views, likes, engagement)
• Track analytics and prepare simple monthly summaries
• Reply to social media DMs and enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Lead Tracking & Conversion Support

• Track and monitor leads generated from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads
• Record lead source and basic information for internal reporting
• Assist in following up on ad-generated enquiries where required
• Understand customer needs and direct them to suitable clinic locations
• Assist in guiding customers to book appointments smoothly

Customer Communication & Review

• Reply to Google reviews
• Tabulate Google reviews monthly
• Respond to enquiries from:
  Company website inbox / contact forms

Design Coordination & Vendor Liaison

• Liaise with external outsourced designers
• Prepare and send creative task briefs with clear references
• Coordinate design requirements such as:Design dimensions
  Usage purpose (digital / print / event)Material type (e.g. banner, flyer, standee)Review drafts and coordinate revisions before final output

Ad-Hoc & Marketing Support

• Liaise with print shops for marketing collaterals (flyers, posters, banners)
• Assist with preparation of printed materials for events
• Support other marketing or operational tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Comfortable with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Facebook)
• Able to handle basic lead tracking and follow-up tasks
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience is a bonus, but not required for interns
