Position title: Business Administration Intern

Level: Internship

Operation time: Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.30pm

Reports to: Head of Business Development / HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible to coordinate and help the flow of business operations:
• Assist business support and coordination activities for the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Participating in handling company administration & procurement duties by follow up with related matters with suppliers / vendors.
• Manage mails, managing documentation, outgoing and incoming deliveries.
• Obtain knowledge in market research to support head of division on business and customer analysis & new trends.
• Participating in analysing current consumer demands, driving more revenue resources to the business, and increasing profits.
• Assist in the Planning & developing merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
• Assist with general administrative support or any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Min Diploma
• Knowledge in procurement or purchasing fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
