About The Job :

  • Take charge of implementation of large client projects -  everything from project management, presentation building to data analysis
  • Setup and execute kick off / introduction call with the customer after taking over the account from the sales team
  • Manage customer onboarding and customer lifecycle after contract signature to stable to churn
  • Customer/stakeholder expectations management
  • Manage our talented creative team
  • Work closely with the development team based on your client experience
  • Bring fresh perspectives & ideas to the team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Understand customer lifecycle and behaviour
  • A sociable, diligent, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude
  • Able to take instruction and direction, and deliver work in a timely fashion
