- Assist project team in implementing projects under supervision by Project Manager.
- Follow up on project timeline, prepare status updates, and reports.
- Draft correspondence and communicate with internal as well as external parties.
- Co-ordinate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Prepare communication and meeting material.
- Handle any logistics arrangements as and when required.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student, currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Science, or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly numerical, analytical and able to attend to details;
- Commercial-minded and able to work under pressure;
- A team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has some experience with or understanding of marketing, market research or consumer insights.
- Is familiar in working with data in Excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint.
- Is passionate about client servicing.
- Is detailed orientated, and deliver to time frames, in a fast paced ever changing environment.
- Is able to work effectively on multiple projects at once.
- You are interested or knowledgeable in Blockchain.
- You are a Singaporean or PR
