Job Description
Lift Maintenance Technician | From $2,300 (Basic) + Motorbike Allowance | West - LQ
Location: Jurong East (10-15mins walk from MRT)
Working Days: 5 - 5.5days/week, office hours
Salary Package
- Fresh Grads / No Experience: From $2,000/month (No exp welcome)
- Experienced Candidates: From $2,300/month
- Transport Allowance (Motorbike): Up to $325/month
Job Scope:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works on-site
- Respond to breakdowns, standby duties, and emergency call-outs
- Maintain accurate work records and support inspections and audits (BCA, FSB)
- Assist in incident investigations, QC/QA defect follow-ups, and reporting

Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Prior experience in maintenance or lift industry is a strong advantage
- Must own a motorbike for transport between sites *
- Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or building systems troubleshooting
- Comfortable with manual tasks, shift work, and standby duties
