This role is responsible for the day-to day accounting activities which includes but not limited to:
- Responsible for staff claims checking and recording
- Process monthly expense claims, suppliers’ invoices and payments
- Handle reconciliation for Bank, AP & Intercompany
- Assist in preparing monthly schedules and reports
- Assist in preparing client SOA
- Ad-hoc management reporting and any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A good team player who is also able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Someone who is meticulous and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
