Job Description
This role is responsible for the day-to day accounting activities which includes but not limited to:
- Monthly closing of book, including management reporting in Group’s reporting system
- Maintain monthly analysis of all general ledger accounts
- Process monthly expense claims and suppliers’ invoices (AP)
- Intercompany bills and/or recharges
- Retrieval of monthly/ quarterly management reports from Group’s reporting system
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time
Desired Skills and Experience
- Min. Diploma/ Accountancy or related qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A good team player who is also able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Someone who is meticulous and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to start work immediately and commit till Aug 2018
