Greenwillow Capital Management – Investor Relations Intern

Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, the investment memorandum, and investor roadshow materials
• Prepare the marketing and communication materials for the fund, develop engagement plans with investors, marketing events, e.g. fund-raising presentations, publicity materials, company’s website design and content, etc.
• Facilitate the liaison and follow-up with potential investors, relations management, etc.
• Summarise industry competitors and news reports on latest developments and transactions in the real estate space
• Candidate should be highly proficient in PowerPoint and data analysis tools to assist in the preparation of professional pitchbooks and fund-raising materials

Applicant pre-requisites

• Undergraduate in communications / marketing / finance-related courses, year 3 onwards
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with a good sense for creative design
• Bilingual candidates preferred with a keen interest in Asian markets (including China)
• Some form of financial knowledge in the private equity or real estate markets
• Willing to learn and work hard

Internship Start Date: January 2020

Allowance: $1000 per month on full-time basis, TBD for part time.
