Job Description

Solutions Manager (Digitalisation) 

Salary: RM$4000 to RM$5500 (Depending on experiences)

(CMMS Consulting & Delivery)

Role Purpose

  • Lead pre-sales solutioning and delivery of IFM digitalisation and CMMS-related consulting, bridging client needs from proposal to execution.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support pre-sales solutioning, proposals, and client presentations for IFM digitalisation projects
  • Conduct IFM/operations assessments and map manual processes into structured digital workflows
  • Lead CMMS / IFMS implementation support, including configuration, reporting, and user onboarding
  • Act as primary digital consultant to clients during Q3–Q4 execution phase
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery

Key Requirements

  • Background in FM, IFM, operations consulting, or CMMS implementation
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, workflows, and reporting
  • Comfortable engaging clients and running workshops
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented (Consulting & Delivery)

Education

  • Degree in Information Systems / IT / Business Analytics / System Engineering
