Job Description
Job Description
- Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as GBI, LEED, Green Mark, Greenship etc.
- Mechanical experience including dynamic simulation – IES, CFD
- Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.)
- Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
- Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.
- Other adhoc related tasks
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Good to possess work experience in related field
- Can work independently as well as in small teams
- Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with attention to detail
- Good report writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
- Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.
