Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 3rd party and internal audits at various sites, ensuring impartiality and compliance with ISO systems and client SLAs.
- Lead discussions with Ops to address root causes and action plans.
- Collaborate with Operations and other departments to implement improvements through training, SOP revision, or equipment changes.
- Assist with field testing and rollout of digital or robotic innovations.
- Conduct POJT training for new hires on QA-related topics (e.g., machinery use, inspection protocols).
- Support documentation needed for tender QA specs or grant audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Environmental Science, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of QA or operations experience, preferably in environmental services or FM sector.
- Familiar with ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001)
- Strong in reporting tools and workforce management systems
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Able to lead cross-functional reviews and follow through on improvement plans.
